Our CommonGround Kansas volunteers have been busy blogging during Kansas Ag Week. If you haven’t checked out their blogs, here’s a quick recap of what they’ve been posting.

Karra James shares a yummy recipe for Old Fashioned Meatloaf and Party Potatoes in her post “What’s for Supper?”

Lori Deyoe tells the story of how an unexpected water problem became more than a home owner headache. Her family acted quickly to solve the farm-wide crisis to ensure the health of their cattle herd. Her post is titled “Water for Elephants … er, Calves.”

LaVell Winsor shares 10 fun facts about agriculture in “Kansas Ag Week.” Bet you didn’t know how many loaves of bread can be made from one bushel of wheat, did you?
